To be held on

1. A Referendum is to be held on Thursday, 23rd February 2023 to decide on the question below:
   
   “Do you want Rutland County Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Market Overton Neighbourhood Plan Referendum to help it decide planning applications in the Neighbourhood Area?”
   
2. The hours of poll will be from 7am to 10pm.
   
3. The situation of the Polling Stations and the descriptions of the persons entitled to vote at each station are set out below:
